Please do consider booking Trish for her chocolate parties! It is more fun than ...you can imagine. 3 hours of making and enjoying chocolate - plus you end up with a goodie bag full of all the stuff you've made so that you can enjoy it for the weeks to come! I did it for myself and 5 good friends. We all brought along bubbly to make it the perfect evening. As a hostess all I had to do was clean/clear the kitchen. Trish did the rest, and left the place spotless. Thank you!!

Activities on the evening will include :
A Chocolate Tipple
To get the event off to a yummy start, I'll bring a delicious chocolate treat to sample.
Truffle making, rolling and dipping
Each person will make approx 30 truffles in a choice of 4 flavours. This will entail mixing a ganche, rolling, using various toppings, tempering the chocolate, and dipping a few. Children will be able to create special sweets and chocolate lollies.
Chocolate Fountain
I'll provide a chocolate fountain to use in natural breaks while waiting to chocolate to set etc - including strawberries, marshmallows & exotic fruit to dip. Please feel free to bring along anything special you would like to dip!
Goodie Bag & Surprise Gift
In addition to the 4-6 bags & boxes of chocolates your guests will take home (retail value of £25-£30), I'll bring a surprise gift for all of you as a memento of your evening!
